Section 7 of 21 · Decision Book p.18–19
7. Next Best Action for Every Lead
Every record gets one plain instruction, management gets a daily money report, and each rep gets their own list. Two of the four are DMA's build-first items; all four run in the POC.
What we built for this section
- One next best action per account from DMA's own list, chosen by eight ordered rules DMA approves.
- The daily money report: totals from the database and the ranked list, on the dashboard and by email every morning.
- Each rep's own list, limited to their accounts by the database itself.
- A watchdog that turns a hot Tier A account nobody has touched for 24 working hours into a case for its owner, then Josh.
