Section 3 of 21 · Decision Book p.12–13
3. Instant Company & Marketing Intelligence
The system learns about a prospect instantly: a live review of their website with three fixes backed by evidence, an on-page SEO scan, and company facts drawn from DMA's own records and the conversation.
What we built for this section
- A safe live website review: five pages, public addresses only, eleven SEO checks, and three findings that must quote the page.
- Company facts (size, locations, spend, who decides) extracted from DMA's notes and the visitor's words, each with its evidence.
- Blank Nutshell fields filled only when empty and confident, through the write gate.
- Paid-ads intelligence, competitor gaps and AI-search visibility are designed for Phase 2, on top of the same review.
