Section 16 of 21 · Decision Book p.30–31
16. Management Intelligence — Ask the Business Questions
DMA's book asks for management answers: questions in plain English, why a vertical isn't closing, the revenue at risk, and where the best deals come from. The team workspace already answers plain-English questions through read-only tools; the rest are scheduled for Phase 2 and 3 on data the POC already keeps.
What we built for this section
- The team workspace (DMA AI) answering plain-English questions through narrow, read-only tools, with every AI call logged.
- Stuck-deal and missing-next-step flags on every open deal.
- The daily money report and the Measurement screen these reports build on.
